
Since June 16, 2012, the company has invited Jianfeng Management Technology Research and Training Center to guide and promote 5S management. At the same time, the 5S promotion committee has been established to lead the development of 5S management activities throughout the company. The chairman and general manager shall be the director of the Promotion Committee, and the general manager of each business division and the director of the general Manager's office shall be the members of the promotion Committee. As the director general of the Promotion Committee, the Deputy General Manager of Administration takes charge of the daily 5S management of the company. The company is divided into five implementation groups: suspension spring division, precision spring division, line forming division, Ruao Division, administration building and public area. The general manager of each business division and the director of the general Manager office are the implementation group leaders. Each implementation team consists of the workshop director or designated person as the implementation officer.
The company has formulated the 5S management policy and management objectives.
5S management policy is: full participation, starting from me, speed first, implementation in place. The goal of 5S management is to move employees and customers on the spot and become the benchmark of the industry.
